First off, I am not here to fix you or your partner, because there is noting wrong with you. Likely, there is just a way your brain, or theirs, works a little different than "normal".
In each coaching session, we will use proven techniques to collaboratively explore the most pressing issues in your life, or relationship. Working together to identify the areas in which you may feel powerless to overcome.
As we go through this proven process, we will uncover the changes that need to be made, and implement them, in the ways that work for you!
In the end, the goal is to EMPOWER you, and those you love, to create the lives and relationships that work for YOU! As part of this the goal will always be for you to retain your agency and autonomy, with you choosing what we work on, and what we don't.

What makes me qualified to do this:
I have spent more than a decade with neurodivergence and relationship tools as my special interest. and I am a Master Certified Life Coach with ICF accredited education. I am actively pursuing my ACC certification with the ICF.

I have spent more than a decade with neurodivergence and relationship tools as my special interest. and I am a Master Certified Life Coach with ICF accredited education. I am actively pursuing my ACC certification with the ICF.
I have spent countless hours attending seminars, conferences, classes, and intensively chasing whatever information I could consume in whatever way my brain would take it in. I have also taught at events across the country.
My goal is to take what I learn from you, add it to the vast quantities of data already in my head, and then help solve the puzzle to find a winning strategy with you, for you.
I have spent years in various roles like public school teacher, mentor, tutor, youth advocate and various roles in management. I routinely attend, and teach at various relationship conferences and events, and am constantly learning MORE. Each of those different roles gave me a unique perspective that I can leverage to help you or your loved ones.

I have ADHD and am neuro-divergent, I don't want to "fix" your neuro-divergent struggles with neuro-typical strategies, because that's not how your brain works, and it doesn't need to be "fixed", it isn't broken. I get it, I live this life, I deal with and work through many of the same struggles. My struggles will not be exactly the same as yours, because we are humans and we perceive and process life through the unique filter that each of us create through our experiences.
My goal is to help you understand that you are NOT unique in over 90% of your challenges. This means that you are NOT ALONE. I want you to truly know that you have an advocate, an ally, someone on your team.
I am Queer, a dad, an outdoor recreationist, a neuro-divergent and fallible human. I believe in equality, freedom of expression, freedom of choice, freedom of religion, and support the U.S. Constitution. I believe that people should be free to be themselves, free to love who they want, and free to make their own medical decisions.
